In Christmas:
angels
speak,
an old
woman has a son,
a virgin
becomes pregnant
a priest
remains silent,
the king
is mocked,
the
peasants receive the news from heaven first
and God
becomes human in a poor, migrant and marginal child.
THE
IMPOSSIBLE IS POSSIBLE.
With the
incarnation the beauty of God reappears on earth. It is the manifestation of
the splendor of God. God has not limited himself to letting himself be felt. He
has been seen. He has made a face. His name is Jesus.
