Updates Carlos and Alicia Scott

 Dear Friends

We hope you are well and encouraged in the Lord
We thank God for your lives and for being united in God's mission.

Thank you very much for your prayers and for walking together in this task. During September Carlos was able to be in the city of San Luis and teach at the mission congress of the quadrangular church in Argentina. Carlos was also able to teach at the Logos Seminary in Peru and help pastors and leaders.

We ask for your prayers for the upcoming commitments that we will have in the month of October. These commitments will be in the city of Cordoba teaching at the Church Planting School about the Kingdom of God and the mission. Carlos will also preach at the Baptist Church Congress in the city of Cordoba and then must travel to the city of Neuquen in another province to teach and preach to the pastors and leaders of an evangelical denomination that is celebrating its 100th anniversary.

Pray for our physical, spiritual and emotional health. Pray that our God will take care of us on our journeys and give us the right word for every opportunity in grace, truth and love.

We pray for you and we love you.

With a strong and big hug,

Carlos and Alicia Scott

ANONYMOUS HEROES

ANONYMOUS HEROES The person who has influenced my life the most spiritually for good was my mother. With her as a child I met God, and in my adolescence and youth between mates and coffees in the kitchen at home, her master classes on the life of Jesus marked my life forever. Her Bible is underlined and marked with comments, and she has a notebook of her personal reflections on the gospels that is worth much more than any book you can find in any Christian bookstore today. I really mean it! She influences every positive aspect, and not only me, but many. But she doesn't have social networks, and she has a very anonymous profile. However, her influence knows no limits. The truth is that we should rethink that she is “discipling” and making disciples according to the gospels, and to a surprise, perhaps, she is often very far from our ecclesial programs. The positive influence to follow in the footsteps of Jesus can be as natural, diverse, beautiful and anonymous, as my mother is. “And the two disciples heard him speak, and they followed Jesus.” (John 1:37) Daniel Brian Scott
