Hello friend! We are grateful to God for his faithfulness and because he has sustained us up to this point. In this letter we tell you our latest news and reasons for prayer in the Basque Country. COMMUNITY OF FAITH IN BASQUE “KALE ARGIA” Thank God we continue to meet on Thursday and Sunday afternoons and recently we have resumed face-to-face meetings at home. At each meeting we praise God, we share the Lord's table and we have a Bible study in Euskera (the heart language of the Basque people). Our vision is to share the gospel and see an indigenous Basque church planting movement in their language. EVANGELISM, DISCIPLESHIP AND TRAINING Through the sale of his book (poetry with rhymes in Basque and Spanish), Daniel continues to share the gospel from town to town. Thank God he was able to have good conversations about faith with different people and on many occasions I pray for them. There is a possibility of starting a discipleship in Basque with a young man from the province of Vizcaya thanks to the contact of a missionary friend. ART AND TRAINING Martu started an online Screenwriting training and his goal is to have tools to be able to produce different content. In the new course of September he will continue the Basque classes. Daniel continues to write and sing raps. His next song and video clip in Basque about his testimony will soon be out. THE HEALTH OF IKER Iker finished the school year very well and continues to go to therapy to help him develop. After having done several medical tests, we found the diagnosis of an important immunological problem. The result in blood shows that he has a virus and his immune system does not react to fight it. Therefore, the doctor recommends a very expensive treatment of subcutaneous immunoglobulins with the aim of activating his defenses. PRAYER REQUESTS: - For our physical, emotional and spiritual health. - For the development, health of Iker, and the provision for the new medical treatment. - For our financial support. - For the Community of Faith in Basque Kale Argia, the work team (Joxan, Pili, Garbiñe) and the new challenges ahead. - For the people who in different towns are receiving the book. - For the young man that Daniel will be discipling God through. - For a revival of the Holy Spirit in the Basque people.
